achieving you goal (especially if it is very low) is always difficult.
if you want to succeed you must eliminate all liking of food. it is disgusting FOOD=FAT. it is as simple as that, start seeing food for what it really is: meat is a part of somethings body and i f you eat it your own body will grow larger, bread is carbs and will turn to fat inside you. fruit is water with a little natural sugar this is fine, vegetables also good, full of vitamins etc.
it is better to let food rot on a plate than rot inside you.
if you want this bad enough you will not let food stand in your way.
i find that when i eat minimal ammounts (i don't tend to fast very much) i am energised and happy, i get lots done and can concentrate better, when hunger kicks in i ignore it. if i feel faint i will push the limits until i have to eat, then i will eat a bite, no more than a mouthful or your body will panic. this keeps me going. after i eat i feel tired and unhappy and feel lazy and worthless. i end up not eating to avoid this feeling.
nothing tastes as good as thin feels

what i am writing is clearly unhealthy and i am aware of this, i do not want to encourage or promote eating disorders but i want to keep those who suffer from anorexia or bulimia safe, that is why i am sharing what i know.
i know how frustrating it is to have everyone tell you to eat and how thin you look but every time you look in the mirror you see something monstrous and fat. i know how it feels to feel lost and like you need someone to undersatnd, something to identify with, you are not on your own and you are not a freak, this is an illness, one you may wish to deny. it is an obsession, a nightmare, a reality, a way of life.
evrything revolves around food, meal times, calories, fat grams, carbohydrates, water, regiment, pills, routine...
there are times i want to recover and times i want this to consume me. it is not simple and i'm not doing this because i want to be a model or an actress. there are some who are born with a certain thing inside them, something that will trigger this disease to grow inside them, there are some who seek this out thinking it is glamouous and cool. that is sad, they have made themselves ill and i believe that anyone who seeks this out deserves all the unhappiness that comes with it: the losing friends, isolation, paranoia, exhaustion, depression... so much bad and not much good.
i wouldn't wish this on anyone but i dont wish i was better, not yet.
there is no easy way to stop feeling hungry, the best way is to fast for a while, then when you are hungry you won't want to ruin your good efforts.
feel hungry? pinch your thighs (or any other imperfect part of your body) the point of this is you will remember how fat you are and focus on your goal. you will not feel hungry after this, if you do you are a pig.
hunger pains: if you feel hunger pains (gripping pains in your stomach) curl up into a ball and they will subside.
REMEMBER: hunger pains are fat leaving the body.

if you feel that you may binge or eat alot drink a huge glass of water really fast. you will feel so full that you won't feel hungry anymore.
sometimes your boday thinks it is hungry when it is actually thirsty. many people forget this and eat instead, this leads to weight gain.
eat ice cube: chew them or suck them, ice cold water speeds up your metabolism and helps you to burn more calories. ice cubes are obviously just frozen water and evryone knows water = 0 calories.
Diet coke: diet coke is a godsend. it has 1 calorie per glass, no fat, tastes great, contains caffeine to speed up metabolism and give you energy. the bubbles in this drink fill you up and the caffeine may give you a little lift and help you exercise. ALWAYS BEWARE OF LIQUID CALORIES: many people forget that drinks contain calories and do not count them.
for example: orange juice - 100 cals per 250ml
it all adds up.
